Alsatian Flammkuchen
Have you ever tried the original flame Alsatian cake at our restaurant?
The original is covered with bacon and onions and, like all our quiche, baked with cheese. However, other variants, eg with shrimp and spinach or vegetarian (covered with fresh vegetables), we have to offer.
Always crisp and fresh, ideal as a starter for two, is best enjoyed with a glass of wine or draft beer kellerfrisch.
