Pumpkin & mushrooms in autumn

The pumpkin is now high season, but not because Halloween is facing the door ...
We process it into a delicious cream of pumpkin soup, mix it into a pumpkin or roast it and serve it with Bandudeln or in combination with wild mushrooms on crisp salad greens frsischen.
Fresh porcini mushrooms served with an Argentinian steak or vegetables with pumpkin together in a vegetarian Kartoffelpfännchen.
We recommend a draft kellerfrisch winter bock beer, which this year has been brewed with a proud 7.9% alcohol content. Alternatively: soft wheat beer with 0.0% alcohol!
